This appointment type is for participants in the Alexion Dilated Cardiomyopathy (DCM) study. Your genetic counsellor will review your test results with you and address any questions or concerns you may have. Following your appointment, your genetic counsellor will upload a consult note to your Sano account.  Your results will be kept private. You are welcome to have a family member or caregiver attend the appointment with you.
