This appointment is for participants in the Sano Danon Disease Programme directed to the Rocket Pharmaceuticals Gene Therapy Trial pathway. Your genetic counsellor will review your personal and family history, answer questions you may have about genetic testing, and make a plan with you for results disclosure if you would like to proceed with testing. You are welcome to bring a family member or caregiver to this appointment.
